Sir William Christopher Alexander, who records under the name “Sir”, is an American rapper and Songwriter. He was born in Jacksonville, FL. His first induction into music came long before he ever picked up a pen to write his first Song. At the age of 12 Sir wrote his first poem “Love Letter” which would soon propel his ability to bend, rhyme, and exaggerate words. He began sitting with his brother Terry Thompson Jr, The oldest of three brothers, experimenting with instrumentals, freestyle rapping, testing the rap waters. It wasn’t until Sir started working with the rap group Young Society when he realized that he had a hidden love for making music. Sir’s lyrical inspiration came from Nas, Jay – Z, Kanye West, Drake, Notorious B.I.G, and his Favorite rapper of all time Eminem.
